Most people come to this tab to find more about a company, what makes them different, what makes them special, but many times you find the opposite. We are a group of driven people who are passionately focused on giving referral worthy patient care. This type of care is at the core of what we do and drives the direction we take as a company.
Most businesses have a “Corporate Office”. We believe the term Field Support Office is more appropriate. The “FSO” knows exactly what the providers and PCC’s need, and they work tirelessly to get them the marketing, call center, maintenance, finance, IT, and HR support necessary.
Our group in the field work with the patients each day and are fully empowered to do whatever it takes to make their patients happy. We are focused on positivity and integrity in everything we do from taking care of patients to supporting each other and our business partners. This requires tremendous effort, but in the end, it makes us different.
How We Got Started
The APG Story
AudPractice Group was established when the first Audiology practice was purchased, Advantage Hearing & Audiology, back in August of 2016. This practice originally consisted of two Providers and three locations in central North Carolina.
Since those initial three offices, APG has experienced exponential growth through the acquisition of well-established practices located throughout the Southeast. Many of those acquired Practices had been in business for over 30 years and always established a tremendous reputation in their respective marketplaces. Over the course of more than 16 acquisitions AudPractice Group has sustained an average of over 40% in incremental growth for each Practices previous best performance.
AudPractice Group at its heart remains patients first and a strong team culture second. Over the last three plus years, APG has assembled a group of dedicated and caring individuals to provide referral worthy service to patients. This type of care is the core of what AudPractice Group does and motivates the entire team daily to ensure every patient receives the best care possible.
