Meet James Randolf

James Randolf grew up in a little Town in Shenandoah County Virginia called Woodstock. Once Graduating high school, James enlisted into the U.S. ARMY where he became a Combat Medic.  After his last deployment, James continued his service in the ARMY National Guard and worked in Medical Air Operations. His service time concluded after 8 years and where he stared school at College of The Albemarle. There, James studied Hospital and Business Management and work part time as a Emergency Medical Tech.  His career took him to New Jersey where he worked for one of the top 25 Hospital systems in the US, Atlantic Healthcare System. That role took James further into Emergency Management overseeing East Brunswick EMS response teams, working with NHL players, and multiple large scale venues overseeing their medical care teams. 

James settled back into NC where he started his career as a Hearing Instrument Specialist which allowed him to blend his medical skills and management experiences into a fulfilling opportunity to change individuals and their families lives every day.  As an entrepreneur, James Co-Founded a start-up where they created custom hearing protection and radio headsets for racecar drivers, their teams, and other motor vehicle enthusiast across the United States. which leads him to where he is today.  

James currently lives outside of Raleigh, NC, married to his best friend Katelyn, where they are raising their 3 children.  He is also continuing his education at Liberty University.  James is forever grateful to be part of APG and to assist our Hearing Care Providers in creating the best experience for our patients.
